Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. For lunch or dinner go to Birreria Pedavena, located a couple of blocks away the hotel...

A terrace was the best part. We enjoyed the location in a PERFECT setting. It was definitely 3 stars for us. Our favorite hotel in Venice, we would be happy to recommend it.

it was across the charming area. the location was right by teatro la fenice which i wanted to visit.
